1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of The ENGAGE Method® online programme (the “Programme”), operated by Inspirational Solutions Ltd. By purchasing access to the Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree, do not proceed.

3. The Programme

3.1 What is included

The ENGAGE Method® is a proprietary six-module online programme teaching stakeholder influence skills for founders and CEOs. Purchase gives you personal access to:

All six programme modules delivered via the Kajabi platform
Supplementary materials, frameworks, and workbooks included within the Programme at the time of purchase
Lifetime access to the Programme content, including all future updates
For founding members who enrol within the first two weeks of launch (on or before 17 June 2026): one live group session with Solvej Biddle on 24 June 2026 at 5pm UK time. A recording of this session will be made available to all founding members.

3.2 What is not included

Unless expressly stated in writing, the following are not included:

One-to-one coaching or advisory sessions with Solvej Biddle
Any guarantee of specific business outcomes or results

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All content within the Programme is the exclusive intellectual property of Solvej Biddle and Inspirational Solutions Ltd. This includes, without limitation:

All video content, audio recordings, and transcripts
All written materials, frameworks, workbooks, and templates
The ENGAGE Method® name, brand, and methodology
The ENGAGE Method® registered trademark (registered 8 May 2026)

4.2 Your licence

On purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Programme content for your own private professional development. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4.3 What you may not do

You agree not to, and you may not authorise or permit any third party to:

Copy, reproduce, download, or screen-record any part of the Programme content
Share, redistribute, or publish Programme content in any format or medium
Sell, resell, rent, or sublicense access to the Programme or any of its content
Use Programme content for commercial purposes, including delivering coaching, training, or consultancy services
Teach, present, or replicate the methodology or frameworks from the Programme as your own or as part of any third-party offering
Share your login credentials with any other person

4.4 Non-transferable access

Your access to the Programme is strictly personal. It is tied to the individual who purchased it and may not be gifted, transferred, assigned, or sold to another person. If we become aware of shared or transferred access, we reserve the right to terminate your account without refund.

5. Payment

Prices are displayed on the Programme sales page at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD. The business is not currently VAT registered. Payment is processed securely through Kajabi Payments (powered by Stripe).

Founding member pricing of 25% off the standard programme price is available to those who enrol on or before 17 June 2026. This rate cannot be combined with any other offer.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Digital product and right to cancel

The Programme is a digital product. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase. However, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access to the Programme and acknowledge that by doing so you lose your right to cancel under these Regulations. Your consent to this is recorded at the point of purchase.

6.2 No refund policy

As a result of the above, we do not offer refunds once access to the Programme has been granted. This applies regardless of the amount of content accessed.

6.3 Quality

If the Programme does not meet the standard described, or is materially different from what was advertised, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss.

6.4 Live session

The live group session included for founding members is scheduled for 24 June 2026 at 5pm UK time. A recording will be made available to all founding members. No refund or credit will be issued for non-attendance.

7. Programme Changes and Availability

We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve Programme content at any time. We will not materially reduce the overall value or scope of the Programme without reasonable notice. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Kajabi platform, as this is operated by a third party, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Programme is designed to develop your professional skills. It does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. Results will vary between individuals and we make no guarantees of specific business outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspirational Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Programme content. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Conduct and Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Programme, without refund, if you breach these terms, share your access with others, or use Programme content in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
