2.1 Waitlist and programme enrolment

When you join the waitlist or purchase the Programme, we collect:

Your name and email address
Payment information — processed securely by Kajabi Payments (powered by Stripe). We do not store your full payment details.
Your programme progress data (via Kajabi)

2.2 Website usage

When you visit engagemethod.co, we collect:

Analytics data via Fathom Analytics, including page visits and event completions. Fathom is a privacy-first analytics tool and does not use cookies or track individuals across the web.
UTM parameters from links you follow, to understand how you found us

2.3 Communications

If you contact us by email, we retain those communications. If you are on our email list, we hold your name and email address for the purpose of sending you marketing and programme-related communications.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

To deliver and administer your access to the Programme
To process your payment
To send you pre-launch and post-purchase email communications relevant to the Programme
To send you marketing emails, where you have given consent
To improve the website and programme based on analytics data

Contract: processing necessary to deliver the Programme you have purchased

6. Third Parties We Share Data With

We share data only where necessary with the following categories of third-party processors, all of whom are bound by appropriate data protection obligations:

Kajabi — our course delivery and CRM platform. Kajabi processes your name, email, and programme activity data.
Kajabi Payments (powered by Stripe) — secure payment processing. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Fathom Analytics — privacy-first website analytics. No personal data is transferred to Fathom.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. International Data Transfers

Some of our third-party processors operate outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms approved under UK data protection law.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy:

Purchaser data: for the duration of your Programme access plus 6 years for legal and financial record-keeping
Waitlist data: until you unsubscribe or request deletion
Email communications: 6 years from the date of communication

engagemethod.co uses Fathom Analytics, which does not use cookies or personally identifiable tracking. No cookie consent banner is required for Fathom.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Access to programme data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
