Solvej is an entrepreneur, investor, and board advisor with over 30 years of experience navigating complex stakeholder environments — investors, boards, global partners, customers, and teams across five continents.
She spent 13 years as a Chambers-recognised commercial lawyer negotiating multimillion-pound agreements at the highest levels before becoming an award-winning entrepreneur who proved her stakeholder influence techniques in multiple high-stakes environments — including securing investment on BBC’s Dragons’ Den and setting off a bidding war.
She went on to scale her first business internationally across five continents with partners including British Airways, Amazon, The Automobile Association, Mothercare, Tesco and multiple international distributors and retailers, earning Female Business Owner of the Year in 2011.
Today, as UK Ambassador for Tech Nordic Advocates, board advisor, angel investor, and mentor to founders and CEOs, Solvej teaches the influence strategies she has used at the highest levels.
